From the Aeration Tank- MBBR
(Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor)
tank uses bio media to maximise
surface area of bacteria and
microorganisms available to
treat the water.
The Reaction Tank - Uses
chemicals such as soda ash,
lime, and activated carbon
particles are added to perform
reduction in colour, COD, BOD,
TSS and TDS.
The Clarifiers remove
the treated sludge of the
wastewater and to continue
with the treated water on top
to further treat it such that
it can be released and then
accordingly reused.
